Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue

  3. Once verified, we will replace the item at no cost

We reserve the right to decline replacement requests where damage resulted from misuse, neglect, or unauthorised handling.

Product Variations

All products are handmade in small batches. Minor variations in colour, scent, or texture are natural and not considered faults.
