Processing Times

Orders are handmade and packed with care. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before dispatch.

Delivery Estimates

• Australia: 3–10 business days after dispatch

• International: 10–30 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

International customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs fees.

Tracking

You will receive tracking details once your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

We are not responsible for postal delays or loss once your parcel has been dispatched. However, we will assist in tracking your parcel where possible.
